Buyers Guide

Correction: There is an error in the print version of the FBCS Schools Buyers’ Guide. In the Products by Company section, ENZAFOODS Freshfields Fruit Hitz products are incorrectly listed as being a sometimes choice. Freshfields’ Fruit Hitz are classified everyday in the Vegetables and Fruit category and are correctly listed in the Products by Category section of the print version, and in the online version of the Buyers’ Guide. We would like to apologise for this error and for any inconvenience resulting from it.

Correction: The recipes and information supplied in the Buyers’ Guide Supplement are designed so that they can be lifted out and kept for future use as a resource. Unfortunately, a recipe for courgettes included in the recent 2009 Buyers’ Guide supplement has incorrectly stated that these vegetables are in season between June and November. The article should have said that in these months courgettes are not readily available. We would like to apologise for this error and provide an alternative recipe for these cooler months.
